General Conditions

By using the internet site of Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz and / or placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions as well as all rights and obligations as stated on the internet site.
By customer is meant every visitor of the internet site or any natural person or legal person who is or will be in a contractual relationship of any kind with Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz.
These sales conditions apply to all orders with WWen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz.
Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz reserves the right to amend and / or supplement these terms from time to time. Placing an order means that you accept the application of these conditions. PRODUCTS
The articles offered as clearly as possible on the website. Colors on the photos may differ from reality due to flash light or the differences in screens. Deviations can in principle not be a reason for compensation and / or dissolution.
Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
An agreement is concluded at the moment that an order confirmation of an order issued by the customer is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the customer. The customer and Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz expressly agree that by using electronic communication forms a valid agreement comes about as soon as this order confirmation is sent to the customer. PRICES
The prices mentioned for the products are in euros including VAT.

ORDERS AND RETURN
Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz delivers after receipt of payment. A trial period of 7 working days applies to all purchases. The approval period means that the customer has the right to return the products within 7 working days without any obligation on his part in original packaging. The returns are only accepted in this case if the products are not damaged or used. If the customer makes use of the right as stated above, then Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz will arrange for reimbursement within 14 working days, after receipt of the returned product and / or products, from the by the customer to Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz paid. The costs for returning the products are borne by the customer and the shipping costs will not be returned. The customer is obliged to carefully examine the products upon delivery whether the products meet the agreement. The customer must take into account small size and color differences of the products shown on the website. If the products do not comply with the agreement, the customer must inform Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz as soon as possible and in any case within 7 working days of delivery in writing and with motivation.
If it is shown that the products do not comply with the agreement, then Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz has the choice to replace the products in question with new products or to refund the invoice value.

DELIVERY
Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz will do her best to deliver the orders as soon as possible after payment. The order will be shipped from Spain. The shippings days depends on which country the order must be send to, normally in Europe ,outside Spain, it will take 4-5 working days. The shipping costs for Spain are € 5,50 and for others countires in the EU €8,50. Free shipping for orders over €100. You can also choose the "pick up" option and come to the shop in Alhaurin de la Torre to pick up your order.
Delivery takes place on the address given by the customer during the realization of the agreement.

PRICES & PAYMENTS
For orders through the internet site, payment can be made by PayPal and in advance by a banktransfer: the customer transfers the amount due to bank account number ES8121032042020030002528, Wendy de Gouw in Alhaurin de la Torre ,Malaga, please mention your name and order-number.

GUARANTEE
In the case of Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz, the quality and / or usability of the delivered items in accordance with the specifications offered on the webshop is guaranteed. The date on the invoice is the starting date for the guarantee. Any defect in a product that arises from normal and judicious use, will be replaced free of charge by Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz at the written request of the customer within the warranty period of 60 working days after purchase. If the customer rightly requests replacement, Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz is also entitled to opt for a refund of the purchase price from the customer.
Excluded from warranty are items that:
Stains show up in the metal, leather, wax cord or stones; hairspray, alcohol, perfume, cosmetics or other liquid substances
Show material that is discolored by contact with water
Show natural wear; leather, waxcord straps and (semi) precious stones can wear or discolour
Show metal that is discolored by the acidity / PH value of the skin
Show complaints that have arisen due to misuse of the items
Show parts that are broken or damaged because they have fallen
Show the fabrics are washed wrong.
Insofar as the manufacturer of our materials makes further exclusions in the manufacturer's warranty, these restrictions are taken over by Wen's Conceptstore & Wen’s Jewelz.
